Retro Acid keeps celebrating the beloved Roland 303 acid sounds in unique ways. For the first edition of 2015 we would like to welcome all fans of Hard Love J on this special lover’s day.
We will be whipping you with acid bleeps and beats that will make you tingle with pleasure all night long. Get ready to be turned into big slaves of the acid rhythms by another fine selection of true masters in the field.
The dominators of the night are all pioneers and innovators who are still more than relevant today. They will force you into a submissive state that will make you surrender to their hard and relentless beats and beg for more.
None other than G-Force aka Stanny Franssen will be opening the night. He will cater for G-spots and K-holes alike, building up the tension softly but surely from acid house to acid techno. Known from his numerous early releases on labels as Reload, KK Records, Primate and his own Genetic Records, he’s now back in the game with an extensive list of remarkable remixes and collaborations.
Be prepared to be chained to the 303 sounds further by the domineering new live-act of the Acid Junkies. True leaders in the field they will present their brand new live based on their latest release: Classix, ranging from their very first output of the early '90's to the 21'st century. It will be the first time they perform this new live-act in Belgium and we’re sure they will enjoy inflicting joyful pain on your dancing feet.
And we will keep hitting you hard with another live, again especially mastered for the Retro Acid crowd by two extremely renowned artists. One from our own home-ground known as Mr. Gasmask and one for the UK, known under many guises but performing this time as the original Mike Dred. Both conjured up a live which has never been done or seen before. One with which they will show you the top and the bottom of the Vooruit venue. They will bear no contradictions, surrender is what you will do and you will love the endorphins they will release by spanking you with their beats.
You will be further owned by an exclusive live-act of Somatic Responses. A Live they will develop especially for Retro Acid with their earlier and more recent acid works. Known for their hard and experimental work, they obviously love the acid sound and will enhance your rush for doing something daring and exciting in a way which will leave you with no choice but to surrender to their commands.
Spacid will keep pushing your limits to the very end. He will tie you to the dance-floor till your legs and arms hurt blissfully from dancing to his toughest sounds. You can definitely expect a hardcore acid set from him and those who know, know what this means.
So for everyone who loves to be spanked with acid to the max, come and enjoy the physical sensations in which we will drown you with the absolutely most experienced acid masters around!
